Efficient communication is the key for success in international projects. To truly make an impact, team members need more than just language skills — they also need the ability to communicate across cultures and handle a variety of professional situations with confidence. Throughout the course, we explore the full communication cycle of an international project — from the initial kick-off meeting, giving updates, and presenting project milestones to closing the project. You will practise communication skills in areas such as managing conflict, building strong teams, and giving and receiving feedback.We will simulate team meetings and webinars, and practice writing minutes and emails to project partners. Bring your own examples so we can tailor the sessions to your needs and help you gain the language skills and confidence you need.
