It offers more than just a physical practice - it's a way of being that we can embody both on and off the mat. Each class is thoughtfully sequenced, combining asana (postures) and pranayama (breathing techniques) to gradually prepare body and mind for a seated meditation at the end of class. The emphasis is on simple yet effective movements and static holds that cultivate physical stability and inner calm.
