Programme in English: Meditation for Curious, Impatient and Busy People

Meditation means to cultivate the mind and to be aware of our

thoughts. Being conscious of our thoughts during meditation we learn

that our thoughts are followed by our feelings and actions

accordingly. Right here we pause for a moment and explore what kind of

thoughts might be helpful to regain our strength and clarity, to be in

a friendly, appreciative attitude towards ourselves and others, or to

feel energetic and at ease.
