MVHS in English: Macaroons

Macaroons are sensitive, delicate, fancy foods! Before mastering macaroon shells (day 2), you will prepare different types of filling (day 1) including chocolate ganache, fruit jams or creams. In teams of two, participants will learn and put into practice the techniques required to prepare the perfect macaroon and gain a broad overview of the various fillings which go to complete the perfect macaroon.
