Yin Yang Yoga combines flowing Vinyasa Yoga with calm Yin Yoga. The Yang part involves intensive practice. The movements are guided by the breath, they strengthen the muscles and stimulate the metabolism. The postures of the Yin part are held for a few minutes with the attention turned inward. This particularly addresses the facial tissue and gently relieves tension. The interplay of Yin and Yang balances body and mind. For participants with and without yoga experience.

In this class we will practice deep relaxation and breathing exercises, followed by gentle poses which can be adjusted according to each student's ability. All levels of experience are welcome.

Dieser Yogakurs soll werdende Mütter bestmöglich durch ihre Schwangerschaft begleiten und physisch wie psychisch auf die Geburt vorbereiten. Die Körper-, Atem- und Meditationsübungen schulen die Körperwahrnehmung, machen den Körper geschmeidig und schenken innere Ruhe. Der regelmäßige Besuch der Yogastunden kann typische Beschwerden wie Rückenschmerzen, Sodbrennen und hormonell bedingte Missstimmungen lindern und vorbeugen. Teilnahme erst ab SSW 13 empfohlen.

This course is intended for students who are already writing short fiction in English in any genre and wish to improve upon their skills with targeted feedback. While there will be instruction and assigned writing exercises, the focus will be on sharing students' completed works with the rest of the group. Each work will receive moderated attention from peers, as well as the teacher, who is a widely published short fiction author.

Please read the book for every session and bring your thoughts with you. Do you feel like developing your visual skills and learning to express what you see? Photographer Daniel Mayer will present various photographic positions. These works will be discussed and analyzed together. Conversation about current and historical images and training of perception will be the focus.

Our main focus is "The Camera". During this course you will become familiar with all your camera's most important functions and how to use them. You will also gain the technical know-how to start making the most of your digital SLR and develop a creative approach to photography as well as learning how to set the menu correctly to get the best technical results. We will go on location to shoot our pictures then evaluate them later in class.

Ein intensiver Workshop ermöglicht Ihnen den Einstieg in das Klangtheaterprojekt, das von Carlos Gutiérrez und Tatiana Lopez aus Bolivien und der MVHS Projektgruppe vorbereitet wurde. Dabei entsteht eine Klangskulptur, die sich nach einem unkonventionellen Beginn in Saal X im Gasteig HP8 immer weiter in den Isarauen verzweigt. Es werden keine musikalischen Vorkenntnisse erwartet, jedoch ist die Anwesenheit bei den Proben und selbstverständlich bei den Aufführungen Voraussetzung.
