A dynamic yoga style in which the asanas (postures) flow into one another. The breath leads the movement. This intensive yoga practice strengthens the muscles, improves mobility and trains balance. The harmonious sequence of movements connects body, breath and mind. Previous yoga experience is beneficial.

Die neu gegründete Initiative From Munich with Love junger russischer Einwanderer*innen möchte einen offenen Treffpunkt und geschützten Raum für politisch Engagierte schaffen – und für alle, die sich für aktuelle kulturelle und gesellschaftliche Entwicklungen in der russischsprachigen Welt interessieren. Geplant sind regelmäßige Veranstaltungen: Filmabende mit Diskussion, Lyriklesungen, Debattenrunden, Aktionen für politische Gefangene und vieles mehr. Ziel ist ein lebendiger Austausch zwischen russischen, ukrainischen, belarussischen und lokalen Communities – in einem sicheren, inklusiven und mehrsprachigen Rahmen (Russisch, Deutsch, Englisch). In this course you will learn or revise fundamental techniques and, with guidance, transfer your ideas to paper. The result will be as varied as its creators. Acrylic paints are most suitable for this course, however, if you would prefer to work with other materials, please feel free to bring them along.

Create your own character, whether it be a hero or a monster! You are interested in comic, manga or anime or you want to use your drawing and painting skills through illustration, computer games or film production? We will look at basic methods of character design as well as proportion, shape, perspective, deformation, body language, expressions, mimics, anatomy and texturing. You will use your skills and imagination to create your own characters: heroes, beauties, cuties, monsters, animals, aliens, machinery – let your imagination run wild.

The aim is to develop skills in using pencil and paper and to develop an eye for the essentials. The focus is on depicting basic shapes, proportions, spatiality and hatching. You can work with all classic drawing materials, but also use coloured pencils or watercolours for colourful design. The teacher will guide you individually according to your level of knowledge.

Our back plays a crucial role in the stability of our body and spine. Pain is often caused by poor posture, one-sided movements, and lack of exercise. In order to prevent this, the muscles that strengthen the back and improve posture are specifically targeted in the class. These exercises are complemented by mobilization and coordination exercises. The course concludes with an extensive stretching session. This course takes place online using Zoom. An email with the access data will be automatically sent one day before the respective course day at around 6:00 a.m.
