Programme in English: Pilates
The full-body training according to Joseph Pilates combines breathing techniques, strength exercises, coordination, and concentration. The foundation is the centered power from the core of the body, known as the "Powerhouse." Pilates strengthens, relaxes, and gently stretches the deep muscles. The movements are performed with great awareness and concentration. The effective yet gentle exercises for the entire body yield quick results and are suitable for all fitness levels and ages. You determine the intensity of the training.
This course takes place online using Zoom. An email with the access data will be automatically sent one day before the respective course day at around 6:00 a.m.
