We take a critical look at the week's top stories from business, politics and society. Participants will practice summarizing, argumentation, constructive criticism, disagreeing and finding consensus. Focus on prepared speaking, building alternative vocabulary, and speaking skills. Some preparation at home is required. Before joining this course, please make sure your level is an advanced B2 to stable C1.

Before each session, you'll receive a video on a specific topic, ranging from 10 to 20 minutes in length. You will need to watch the video beforehand and take notes on any intriguing vocabulary or grammar structures. Doing it in this way saves us time and allows us to talk more in class! In the lessons, we'll delve deep into the video's content and topic, clarifying language nuances, and practising through interactive activities. We'll focus on new vocabulary, dissect grammar intricacies, and engage in discussions about the topic at hand. Our goal is to expand your language skills through immersive learning experiences.
