The Local Beer - A Visit to Hacker Pschorr Brewery

Water, hops, malt and yeast - these are the only ingredients, according to the German purity law of 1516, allowed to be used in the brewing of beer. The Hacker Pschorr Brewery has revived the brewing tradition - small, local and in-house. The Master Brewer will tell you everything you need to know about beer and its history.
