Colouring Books - Colours Counteract Stress

Most of us remember colouring books from our childhood but colouring books for adults have far more complicated drawings. Working actively with colour, without the tension of having to paint a picture, instead concentrating entirely on the process of colouring, leads to complete relaxation, similar to meditation: it makes one feel calmer, mentally clearer and happier. In this workshop you will learn about the colour harmony and how colours interact with one another and which colours affect you positively or negatively, and why. At the end of the workshop you will have a deeper understanding of colour, enabling you to beautify all areas of your visual life.
