Djembe - Rhythmen aus Westafrika

Guinea, Mali

Die große kelchförmige Holztrommel wird mit beiden Händen gespielt. Wir lernen die grundlegenden Spieltechniken und Sounds sowie verschiedene traditionelle westafrikanische Basisrhythmen kennen. In der Gruppe erleben wir das Zusammenspiel der Djembe mit den dazugehörenden Basstrommeln, Dundun, Sangban und Kenkeni. Hörbeispiele ergänzen nach Möglichkeit das Programm.

Einführung für Teilnehmer ohne musikalische Vorkenntnisse.
