Bavarian Gourmet Cuisine

This cooking class blends modern cooking culture with the traditional Bavarian cuisine. Classic Bavarian dishes fuse with ingredients from around the world. For example, baby leaf salad with Vermouth-mustard dressing, pine nuts and fried "Weißwurst", white wine soup with a skewered pike perch fillet and cherry tomato, Bavarian beef fillet slow-cooked in a white beer jus, served with truffled white cabbage and thyme gnocchi followed by a dessert of chocolate Bavarian cream or caramelized apples with tonka bean.
