ISHTA Yoga is part of the Hatha-Yoga-Lineage. In this class with a well-rounded sequence of yoga poses the student will explore basic postures with the option to go deeper. As one meaning of ISHTA is "individualized" there will be a variety of poses dependening on the ability of each student. During the practice everyone will move with the breath, explore vinyasas and hold poses for a moderate length of time to create awareness in mind and body. Pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation are introduced.
