We will discuss the appropriate composition of the picture and analyse which technique is best suited for developing your painting style. The group atmosphere creates a positive support, especially as it gives us a different perspective on our own pieces.

Yin Yang Yoga combines flowing Vinyasa Yoga with calm Yin Yoga. The Yang part involves intensive practice. The movements are guided by the breath, they strengthen the muscles and stimulate the metabolism. The postures of the Yin part are held for a few minutes with the attention turned inward. This particularly addresses the facial tissue and gently relieves tension. The interplay of yin and yang balances body and mind. For participants with and without yoga experience.
